Internship Overview
As an intern at Grant Thornton, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative team, working on projects that contribute to our firm's success. Eligibility Requirements
- Be between 16-21 years old
- Recently completed CXC Examinations or;
- Be a full-time Advanced Level student or;
- Have recently completed ‘A’ Levels or;
- Be currently pursuing a university degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with real-world projects across various service lines, including payroll outsourcing, tax, and advisor;
- Conduct research and data analysis to support client engagements
Participate in team meetings, workshops, and training sessions; - Collaborate with professionals to develop problem-solving skills and industry knowledge;
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operations
Skills & Competencies; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional setting;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks;
