Grant Thornton Trinidad and Tobago is seeking to recruit a Transactions Advisory Services Manager or Senior Manager to be based in our Trinidad office. The ideal candidate should possess a high degree of commercial knowledge, an entrepreneurial spirit and is passionate about new challenges.
Experience in areas such as mergers, acquisitions and deals support, business planning and financial reviews, buy-side, and sell-side financial and commercial due diligence reviews, finance raising and managing sell-side mandates, among others is essential. This role provides strong candidates with the opportunity to become a key part of a growing Firm and offers highly attractive career development and progression opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze complex information, identifying business issues and applying technical knowledge appropriately;
- Preparation of conclusions and recommendations to clients and discuss the implications and actions required;
- Work closely with partners and managers in our offices to support and manage transaction advisory projects;
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, and taking a leading role in ensuring consistent high quality service delivery;
- Play a key role with regard to business development and marketing of transaction advisory services;
- Maintain up to date knowledge of industries and markets events and developments to bring an informed perspective to advice and client service; and
- Act as an ambassador of the firm, building an external network of professional, business and client contacts.
