Zack is an experienced Transaction Advisory Partner with 30 years’ experience working in Big Four Firms. He began his career at Price Waterhouse in 1993 as an Adviser in their Business Advisory Services Group where he excelled and was nominated to the Partnership in 2000. Post merger of PwC, Zack joined EY as an Equity Partner in April 2002 in Barbados and remained there until June 2011 when he transitioned and relocated to the Trinidad Transaction Advisory Services (“TAS”) practice.
Most recently in 2022, he successfully launched the TAS practice in Guyana. As a Transactions Advisory Partner at Big Four Firms for over twenty-two (22) years, he had specific responsibility for leading engagements in Trinidad, Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, and the Eastern Caribbean. His specialty focus is on mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures for clients across a wide cross section of industries.
He also specializes in corporate and project financing, valuations, financial restructuring, turnaround advisory, buy-side and sell-side transaction support, Infrastructure advisory, transaction and strategic advisory. Zack has significant relevant Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt Advisory experience, including conducting business valuations, preparing information memorandum and financing proposals, assisting with the preparation of data rooms, development of buy-side and sell-side due diligence reports, advising on the divestment of assets through every stage of the deal lifecycle, and working alongside the legal and other advisors.
